OfferSummary ("the App," developed and operated by an individual developer) is dedicated to respecting and protecting the privacy of real estate agents, brokerages, transaction coordinators, and listing professionals. This Privacy Policy outlines our data handling practices across the OfferSummary native iOS and iPadOS application and the offersummary.com website.
Core On-Device Architecture: OfferSummary operates on a strict local-first, on-device architecture using Apple's SwiftData framework. The Developer does not collect, monitor, monetize, transmit, or store your offer data, client names, property addresses, purchase prices, or transaction records on external centralized servers.
All offer data you enter into OfferSummary — including property addresses, buyer names, purchase prices, seller concessions, financing terms, escalation clauses, and leaseback terms — is stored exclusively within your device's private SwiftData local application sandbox. This data is never transmitted to the Developer or to third-party servers.
Agent profile information entered in the Branding Settings (agent name, license number, brokerage name, contact details) is stored locally on-device and used solely to populate exported PDF reports and phone image summaries. This information is not transmitted externally.
All offer data and property listings remain stored strictly on-device in your application's private sandboxed SwiftData database. OfferSummary does not operate cloud servers or background synchronization. When you export a 1-page PDF comparison sheet or phone image summary, files are transferred via Apple's native iOS Share Sheet directly to your chosen destination (such as Files, AirDrop, Messages, or Mail). The Developer operates zero external document storage.
OfferSummary contains no third-party advertising SDKs, no behavioral trackers, no crash analytics frameworks, and no third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, or similar). The App does not track users across third-party websites or applications and adheres strictly to Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) standards. The App contains zero advertising.
Individual subscriptions (Solo Pro Monthly and Solo Pro Annual) are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store using Apple's in-app purchase infrastructure. When you subscribe, your payment information is handled entirely by Apple under Apple's own Terms and Privacy Policy. The Developer does not receive, process, or store raw payment card numbers, billing addresses, or financial account details. The App Store provides the Developer with only your subscription status and renewal date for access management purposes.
The offersummary.com website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies, does not track individual users across sessions, and does not build behavioral profiles. Aggregated, anonymized traffic metrics (page views, general geographic region) may be collected to understand website performance. No personally identifiable information is collected via the website analytics layer.
You retain complete ownership and exclusive control over all your offer and property data. You may delete any listing, offer, or exported document at any time directly within the App interface.
Permanent Data Erasure Upon App Deletion: Deleting or uninstalling OfferSummary from your Apple device immediately, permanently, and irrevocably erases all locally stored SwiftData records from your device's private application sandbox. Because OfferSummary operates with zero cloud servers and zero remote databases, erased data cannot be recovered, restored, or retrieved upon reinstalling the App or by contacting the Developer.
User Export Advice: Prior to deleting the App, resetting your device, or transferring to new hardware, you are strongly advised to export any necessary 1-page PDF summaries or decision cards to Apple Files, iCloud Drive, or your brokerage transaction storage using the native iOS Share Sheet.
OfferSummary is a professional real estate software tool not directed at or intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted personal information via the App, please contact us immediately via the Support page and we will take appropriate action.
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information, business contact details, or transaction data to any third party, data broker, or advertising network. We disclose information only when legally required by applicable subpoena, court order, or formal judicial process issued by a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Florida or a federal court.
To the extent applicable under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR) or other applicable US state privacy statutes, you have the right to: (a) know what personal data is processed; (b) correct inaccurate personal data; (c) delete personal data; (d) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data (we do not sell or share data); and (e) non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. Given OfferSummary's on-device architecture, virtually all data remains exclusively on your device and under your control.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in the App's architecture, applicable law, or business practices. When material changes occur, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
